Ann Rosevear, Esq.

Ann Rosevear has been a principal attorney for the last 14 years at Walsh, Baker, Rosevear & Loomis, P.C. in Reno, focused primarily on estate and business planning, probate, and investment and annuity transfers and underwriting, managing a multi-state practice.


Ann   now serves of counsel to our firm, having recently joined Dunham Trust Company of Reno, Nevada as President and Chief Trust Officer, where she will provide expert structuring and administration of trusts to Dunham Trust’s most complex clients. In her role at Dunham, Ms. Rosevear contributes comprehensive knowledge in trust and estate administration, asset protection and Nevada business planning, as well as overseeing Dunham‘s adherence to fiduciary, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Ann previously acted for several years as General Counsel for two Nevada-based organizations managing their corporate affairs, contracting, asset acquisition and shareholder relations. She was fortunate to begin her legal career with excellent mentorship at Marsh, Higgins, Beatty and Hatch, P.C. in Vancouver, Washington.

Primarily focusing on business and employment law, estate planning and litigation, structured settlement annuity transfers, estate planning, corporate counsel (including business purchases and employment law, and private lending and investment).


Ann is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (BA. 1992) Honors College and Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D. 1996), Dean’s List , Cum Laude distinction. She is also a member in good standing before the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Ms. Rosevear is a native Nevadan and was raised in Reno and Elko. After spending many years in Washington and Oregon, she returned to Nevada in 2000 and makes her home in Reno with her husband and daughter. She is an avid skier, and when the snow isn’t cooperating, enjoys time in the high desert of Nevada, coaching softball, all things Lake Tahoe and her rich community of family and friends.
